Patient Tools tailored to your needs:
Why Protocols?
When aggregating data to look at how well a treatment or program is performing, categorical breakdowns and perceived result questions can only go so far.  Ultimately, you need to use protocols to validly measure performance.

Protocols consist of phases (time intervals such as Baseline, Re-Evaluation, etc) and the information (questions and measures) that is collected at each phase.  When the data is collected in this manner, results can be summarized at the common time intervals and compared  to measure performance and progress.  Making comparisons between categorical groups, time intervals or to regional and national norms, yields information about treatment effectiveness, patient population and performance that typically is not available for Practice Management.

Protocol Management
Patient Tools will work with you to define and setup the protocols that your practice needs to measure the performance that you want to track.  Often there are already standard protocols defined with norm information that you can use to get an additional level of insight.  Once you start collecting protocol based data, Patient Tools also has the tools to easily manage the data collection process and monitor results in real-time.  It's an incremental step in complexity that yields tremendous returns.
